Introducing #WickedWednesdays
Your weekly dose of powerful stories of community in a disconnected world.
Hello, #WickedWriters,
Remember me? In case you forgot (it has been more than three years after all), my name is Rachael Dubinsky, I am the founder of Wicked Writers, which started during the pandemic as a podcast focused on creative storytellers and has since transformed into my communications consulting firm. And yes, I'm Boston-based and that's why everything is #wicked.
My life looks quite a bit different than it did during those early pandemic days (new jobs, family illness, marriage, homeownership #suburblife, adopting the best #pup in the world, Parker).
Yes, she's stinking adorable. Yes, she is named after Spiderman/woman.
And while some major #adulting is happening, what hasn't changed is my desire to lift up others through storytelling. And in a world filled with gut-wrenching stories, I wanted to enshrine more hopeful messages on the interwebs.
And what better way to do that then a #WickedWordcloud. J/K it's the stories that make us connect with one another, duh (The 90's/00's references are only going to get worse so if that is not your jam, read no further).
Think of this newsletter as a new aged "Chicken Soup for the Soul" (please tell me I'm not infringing on any copyright laws...). Storytelling for the sake of wait for it... feeling good.
That's it. That's the pitch.
Want to feel better about the state of the world? Want to make some noise about all the good we can do together when we act in community? This is the newsletter for you.
So make sure to subscribe and get ready for puns, puppy photos and feel good stories on #WickedWednesdays.
