Dear Wicked Writers,
It’s an exciting time of year and I couldn’t be more thrilled to share some updates! New episode with “non-professional" writer Andy Michaels drops on Tuesday. We had a lot of fun talking about fiction writing, our anti-outline stance and working with collaborators.
As I wrap up season one of the #pod (already?!), I wanted to announce that I will be working with Ambiguous Podcast Solutions to give you all a better listening experience. I even got to be a guest on their upcoming show about why people podcast (drops in January—don’t worry you’ll get the link).
As crazy as it sounds, I’m already thinking about season two (coming in January)! Luckily, you all have reached out in droves and the guest slots are filling up fast! If you are interested in being on the #pod, e-mail me at hello@wickedwriters.org. Here are the links to the season one episodes thus far:
Zenda Walker, Know Your Hairitage
Kwame Sarfo-Mensah, Identity Talk, LLC.
Dave Cavell, lawyer and former Obama speechwriter
Emily Smith, Guide to Wholeness Healing, LLC.
And because I have so many exciting guests, I’m going to try making my podcast weekly instead of biweekly in season two. Wish me luck!
As if that all wasn’t enough, I launched a Wicked Writers Threadless shop so you all can get your swag on. We’ve got masks, notebooks, stickers, mugs, totes and more. I hope you will order some swag this holiday season and to sweeten the deal, all proceeds will go to my local community fridge. It’s so important that people have enough to eat!
Like my new logo?
P.S. Don’t forget to sign up for my winter public speaking class through Cambridge Center for Adult education. It will be fun— I promise!
Stay Wicked,
Rachael
